Summer School is provided free of charge to students who normally reside in British Columbia. International students and students from other provinces and territories in Canada are charged a fee at the time of registration.  Fees can be paid by calling the Summer Learning Office.

2025 International Course fees will be announced in March 2025.

There are four summer learning program options for international students:

1. Full Credit – full academic courses delivered in a condensed format 
2. Preview / Review - courses for students who want to preview the course material or who have taken the course already and wish to increase their knowledge in preparation for the next grade level
3. Transitions - for students going from Grade 7 to Grade 8* (an opportunity for grade 7 students to get familiar with their September Secondary School -referred by the student's grade 7 home school)
4. Elementary - Literacy & Numeracy, ELL, Early French Immersion and Late French Immersion*

* Only for Surrey School District students who are referred by their home school and meet the criteria to be enrolled in the summer programs.
